Project goals

• Improve safety for those living in the shadows of sludge "ponds."

• Shut down the most dangerous impoundments.

• Improve water quality for all West Virginians.

• Demand alternative methods of coal-waste disposal.

• Eliminate coal sludge impoundments.

• Eliminate underground coal slurry injection
